Japandi Design

A fusion of Japanese aesthetic and Scandinavian design. The hybrid of the two different styles amalgamates to strike an interesting balance that creates a calming and welcoming design mood. Contrast is essential in Japandi design. Commonly recognized in lighter wood grains, this project leaps exaggeration of darker essence of wood colour to create contrast complementing the minimalist harmony of the Zen influence concept. Practical and functional, sleek, simple yet elegant. The Japandi design is all about neutral tonality, loads of textures and natural materials.

Industrial Design

Welcome to the world of industrial interior design where raw materials meet refined aesthetics to create spaces that are as bold as they are beautiful. Industrial design is a union of style and utility. As its name suggests, an industrial design style home exposes building materials that are otherwise concealed like cement and bare brick walls, pipes and recycled materials. These homes usually have open floor plans and the furniture is arranged to break the space. Homes designed as such are often driven towards the emphasis of tons of natural lighting, airwells, open courtyards and fluent natural cross ventilation.

Farmhouse design

Farmhouse interior design is a rustic yet charming style inspired by traditional farmhouses and rural settings. It embraces warm simplicity and a connection to nature, creating spaces that feel cozy inviting and lifting. Key elements include natural materials, distressed wood, vintage accents and a neutral color palette all coming together to evoke a sense of comfort and nostalgia.

With its emphasis on comfort and functionality, farm house design offers a timeless and welcoming aesthetic that celebrates the beauty of country living. The core idea of the farmhouse style interiors is to use the chic elements from the countryside, modern industrial elements, heirlooms and artistic elements to piece together a unique, luxurious and relaxing home.

Modern Japanese or Muji Design

Muji design is a Japanese concept that embodies an exquisite and minimalist design concept that is influenced by the Japanese Zen culture. Muji-styled interiors share a serene, organized, warm and calming vibe and emphasizes a lot on functionality too. This project is designed to replace the conventional dining table at the dining area to have a raised timber platform that elevates the functions of the space. The raised platform functions as a tatami seating area and stages a space for the kids’ play area or even for the owners to practice her daily yoga.

The foreground of the kitchen is completed with linear strips and framed carpentry design that features an orderly fashion and subtle mood, creating interesting hints of pleasant detailings. The Muji aesthetic is based on minimalism in design and quality in living. This involves decluttering the home from too much decorative and display but achieving a sense of balance in order for the house to not appear to be too monotonous and empty.

Minimalist Design

Minimalist design involves using the bare essentials to create a simple and uncluttered space. It’s characterized by simplicity, linear lines complemented by monochromatic palette with minimal colors used as accents. Modest and contented are the key characters of minimalist, pursuing a lifestyle that focuses lesser material possessions and more on what one values in life.

The concept of “Less is More” is also one of the factors that makes minimalist design more affordable. The practical essence of minimalist design is how it embraces natural lighting, functional furnitures, clean lines and borrowed landscape. Curve elements reign supreme in the space from the graceful arches to the curved furnitures and custom ceiling curves set the stage for a unique and cohesive interior. The colour palette of this house is a symphony of earthy tones blending together to create a harmonious visual experience.

Modern European Design

Modern European or some would also call it modern classic. People have the perception that Modern European has a rustic identity or it crosses the line towards Victorian design mainly due to the familiar arched doorways, ceiling designs and wainscoting.

However the European design tends to touch more on the elements of Art Deco. There’s a timeless quality to the design approach that it almost feels like the house could exist in the past, present or even the future. The colour schemes are often very neutral and the material usage are focal towards natural materials like stone, marble and wood.

Despite the neutral tonality, Modern European design tends to be more eye catching and dramatic in selections of details. In this project, we aim to have the heart of the home for our clients which was the dry kitchen to have an artistic highlight as a contrasting collection for the interior space. Another element of surprise was to hide a hidden powder room that sets an impression of stepping into a whole new world of whispering blossom.

Mediterranean design

Mediterranean interiors often feature architectural details such as exposed wooden beams, arches and stucco walls. These elements reflect the region’s rich architectural heritage and add character to the space. The design aims to create light-filled interiors that capture the essence of coastal living which suits very well to our tropical weather. With large windows, French doors and open floor plans allow ample natural light to flood into space. The overall effect is a warm, inviting and often luxurious space that evokes the relaxed atmosphere that suits well to Asia’s tropical climate.

Modern Contemporary design

Modern contemporary is the broadest design concept trend with limitless possibilities. This is because modern contemporary design is the current and most popular preferred design concept in our current era. A design style that emphasizes clean lines and curve details, natural materials with strong contrast and spatial choreography. Contemporary design can be quite similar to minimalism.

It hallmarks architecture elements of the contemporary home rather than the home decor items in it. The cluttering spaces keeping storage areas tucked neatly within the carpentry works and cultivating a sense of openness. This design concept favours open spaces with thoughtful space planning and purposeful design. Another key factor of modern contemporary design is its attention to bespoke craftsmanship which extends to an appreciation for quality materials and artisanry.

Luxury maximalism Design

Luxury maximalism interior design is a lavish and opulent style that embraces boldness, extravagance and an abundance of decorative elements. It revels in rich colors, sumptuous textures and intricate patterns, creating spaces that exudes grandeur and sophistication.

From ornate furnishings to elaborated accessories, every detail in a luxury maximalist interior is carefully curated to make a statement and evoke a sense of luxury and indulgence. Despite its maximalist approach, the design maintains a sense of harmony and coherence through careful layering and balance, resulting in spaces that are visually stunning and utterly captivating.

Balinese Design

Balinese interior design is rooted in the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of the Indonesian island of Bali. It embraces elements such as intricate wood carvings, handcrafted textiles and traditional Balinese artwork to create spaces that exude warmth, tranquility and exotic charm.

Natural materials like bamboo, rattan and teak are often used alongside lush tropical plants to evoke a sense of harmony with nature. Balinese interiors are characterized by open layouts, abundant natural light and a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces, inviting a connection to the island’s serene landscape and spiritual traditions. Overall Balinese interior design offers a captivating blend of elegance, cultural authenticity and tropical allure.
